Description:

Small African mammal.

Habitat:

Was perched up in a tree in one of the hotels just outside the Mara.

Notes:

I thought this made for an interesting Africa sighting because its not big game.

I don't believe these are in the same classification as rodents. They are actually more closely related to Elephants than they are rats, mice, rabbit, or other rodent species. :-) just a little information to pass along.

Great spotting nonetheless, they are quite the interesting little animals.
