Description:

These birds are large, noisy, aggressive and unmistakable with its blue and white plumage, long graduated tail and curled crest. They forage for a wide variety of food including invertebrates, small reptiles, amphibians, birds, fruit and nectar.

Habitat:

Lower slopes of the Arenal volcano trail.
