I see these guys very often here in the lakes in my neighborhood. One thing that amazes me is how noisy the babies are. Is strange that they are not afraid to atract predators. They yell out loud these little things..LOL :-D

Nice to see him up close! Mine was taken when he was going high speed, but the chicks heads are the same.
