Seen in my house on a mosquito net.This one had just killed a metallic green fly (see last 2pics)
Whew, I'm tired searching for the Id. Ropalidia marginata, Eulophidae and Hornet all seem to be similar to this one. Shall work on this one tomorrow.

A wasp with an unlucky Lucilia fly.
I think it's a wasp Satyen. Wasps usually have that narrow bit betwen the abdomen and thorax, and kill other insects! Looks like quite a monster wasp there, woah!
