Whew, I'm tired searching for the Id. Ropalidia marginata, Eulophidae and Hornet all seem to be similar to this one. Shall work on this one tomorrow.

I think it's a wasp Satyen. Wasps usually have that narrow bit betwen the abdomen and thorax, and kill other insects! Looks like quite a monster wasp there, woah!
