Yeah, I think you're right. Reading more I see that some of the subspecies of them are more golden than the golden langur.

Dan maybe this is a capped langur? They are close and can apparently hybridize. In any case it's far from the indicated geographical location.

This looks a lot like a golden langur but I've never seen them with a black cap. Where did you see this exactly? The range of the golden langur is very small and far from your location.
