Lycoperdon perlatum

Description:

Often found in deciduous forests on tree stumps. When they grow older, the color changes to olive-brown, a hole in the tpo opens and releases the spores on the slightest impact. They are edible when young, but not very tasty (my opinion).

Lycoperdon echinatum is the spiny puffball. I think it looks a bit different, the spines are longer. Lycoperdon perlatum they have a more gem-like shape.
