Evergreen shrub, member of the Apocynaceae Family.

Habitat:

Dry , even degraded grounds, such as sideways of roads or the centre of the city. Popular in many countries of the Mediterranean region.

Notes:

It is well known for its toxicity. In greek, the common name is "pikrodafni - πικροδάφνη".
