Description:

Long thick bill, Brown head, the head is unfeathered, white body. It is the only North American Stork. Wing-beat is slow.

Habitat:

Seen in Southern swamps, marshes and ponds. Nests in colonies Feeds on fish, reptiles and amphibians

Notes:

I took these pictures from my car and they did not seem the least disturbed.
