Description:

Unusual butterfly or moth. The wings made a whirling sound. Photo #3 the wings were really vibrating. It was a strange site. I couldn't get a super clear one photo, but hope you can help with four photos. Went through many photos. Unsure what kind of underwing, maybe Clouded.

Very nice! Looks like one of the underwing moths sp. Catocalinae.
