Closely related but this is a conker tree or horse chestnut.

Hey Viv, this is a Horse Chestnut (Aesculus sp.) Castanea sativa doesn't have a compound leaf:http://www.pfaf.org/user/plant.aspx?latinname=Castanea+sativa
