Adult Male Widow Skimmer. You can tell Adult Males from females/immature males because they're the only on of the species that has blue abdomens. Both Adult and Immature Males have blue on their wings. Widow Skimmers, whether Male or Female, have the brown on their wings though. Immature Males have the blue on their wings, and have the yellow stripe down the abdomen. Here's an Immature Male - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/272...
