Hymenoscyphus [-Calycina ] ( suspected sp.: herbarum )

Description:

The genus is very extensive and includes consistently small fungi that live as saprophytes on dead wood, stems of herbs, fruits, etc.. Several genera such as Bisporella are outwardly very similar, so a microscopic characterization is essential. Important distinguishing feature is the Excipulum that at Hymenoscyphus composed of parallel, is built at an acute angle to the surface underlying hyphae. The ascus pore turns blue in Lugol

Habitat:

! on a little dead branch,

Notes:

Hymenoscyphus is a genus of fungi in the family Helotiaceae. The genus contains about 155 species.I could not find much infos at the internet, but i will believe my little "holy book" (encyclopedia about netherlands fungi)
