I agree with Sarah, it's a Laughing Kookaburra (Dacelo novaeguineae)
There is not enough blue in the wing for it to be a Blue Winged Kookaburra, also the head colour is wrong. This is the larger, Laughing Kookaburra (Dacelo novaeguineae)
