Description:

Unidentified ink-cap showing the fresh young one in the foreground with the cap almost translucent, a bit more mature one back and to the right of it, higher up and to the left is an older one with the cap and gills mostly deliquesced, and up in the left corner are a couple more that are starting to deliquesce. All the stages of an ink-cap in one spotting!

Habitat:

Pacific temperate rainforest.
