Habitat:

Spotted in large semi-urban yard/garden next to a disturbed remnant patch of forest.

Atul thanks. I'm pretty sure it is Neurothemis sp. but Neurothemis fluctuans does not occur in New Guinea. It's probably either N. ramburii or stigmatizans.
