Tan spider with elongate abdomen and very long front legs. You can just see a few web strands coming off the dragonfly sheds.
Typically these spiders lie along blades of grass or twigs as they wait for prey. This one found a creative place to build a web.

Thanks! Full disclosure: I didn't even notice the spider until I was reviewing these photos later - I was just shooting the molts!
