This looks like a nymph of an assassin bug, a group to which a wheel bug belongs (family Reduviidae). While granted this is a nymph and that they go through 5 incomplete metamorphoses (stages/instars), the images I have seen show the wheel bug to have black legs. This may be something like a Pselliopus sp. (Here is a similar looking assassin bug nymph from the opposite side of the world http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/720... )
