Description:

Body is about 5cm long, found in a coastal forest in Saadani, Tanzania. Males were very small and orange/red (also in the picture)

Nephilidae, Nephila sp., not really sure which one. If I MUST choose one, I would take Nephila inaurata, without being happy with it.
