That's alright! So does that translate literally into "wild duck"? I love finding out about other languages :) I'm not sure about the translations of animal names... I would try searching for the scientific name on google maybe, and try and match it on the English Wikipedia site or something. The scientific name is the same in any language so they are the best thing to use probably! :D

Thank you LauraMaria! The name in Dutch is wilde eend. But I don't know how I can find the names of the animals in Englisch. Do you know a way so I can be international;)?

Ah, a lovely picture, Pochempie! The common name for this duck is the Mallard, but I don't know if it has another name in the Netherlands. Very serene picture though!
