Hmm, chome is what I usually use too. Does the green plus appear when you do a mouse-over? How about in other spottings? Perhaps you can report this on the Support Chat so they are aware of the issue...

YW Cherrey!
you really click the plus (+) below the actual count (+2 for now) when you do a mouse-over on the box... what browser are you using?

at BalincaguinConservancy, thanks for the ID! interesting difference from Harpaphe haydeniana. I tried what you told Brian about clicking the +1 .. it doesn't seem to budge in mine..

Brian, you can also confirm a suggested ID by clicking the green plus sign (+) on the upper right corner of the suggestion box above...

Do you have any idea what species could it be? I'd like to be enlightened :-) Oh you should go visit. I'm planning to go back there but in El Nido, Palawan. My friends and I stayed in Puerto Princesa for the whole duration of the trip.

Hi Cherrey Mae. Cool spotting from Palawan, one place I've always wanted to visit because of its unique fauna. While your millipede looks like Harpaphe haydeniana, I read that it is a North American species. So your spotting must be another species. Cheers
