Tagetes lunulata
Flower approximately 2 cm wide. Fine, frilly leaflets.
Dry, grassy hillside. Very sunny location.
Also known as Flor de Muerto or Cempaxochitl. This may also be described as Tagetes patula or Tagetes tenuifolia, but I am looking for confirmation on this information.
Will concur with marigold, this is the delicious kind, the flowers have a citrus aroma and flavor.
I would say Marigold for sure, Tagetes.

The leaves are not right for a nasturtium. I am wondering it this is some form of wild or feral marigold.
There appears to be a wide variety of appearances of this one.
