Stephanidae (not Gasteruptiidae) This is a stephanid http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephanidae... Note the "crown" of teeth on the head, and the enlarged hind leg with teeth on it. These are quite uncommon - so a very nice sighting, and a great photo.
This is an ichneumon wasp with a very large ovipositor. Yours also has spectacular developed legs. They lay eggs deep into trees (somehow) onto the grubs inside. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/793...
