Vivid blue, small with white petal, short stem

Habitat:

Lower alpine area, it grew amongst other flowers (you can see that on other picture), meadows

Notes:

It's called "spomladanski svisc" here. It grew amongst other flowers. If you can identify them I'd be happy to add their names.
