Description:

Could this be some sort of snail eggs? It was extremely flowy, like a very light gauze in the sea current.

Notes:

Saw this while snorkeling at the most southern beach we kayaked to. The beach had lots of tar on it, and in the cove was an underwater arch that we could swim through.
