@ AlexKonig
Thank a lot for your information..if I found it more I will take some more pics of them and will share again. :)
"jelly" mushrooms are mostly "ascomyceten"! this "cup fungi" is possibly a member of the genus: "Cookeina". I puzzle between 2 species: "C. sulcipes" or "C.tricholoma" --> yours looks small and almost bold, from the description at wikipedia, i tend to suggest: "Cookeina Tricholoma",I'm not really familiar with this fungi, therefore it can surely be one of the other species : not descript or not found until now!! At least you could id him as "Cookeina species / cup fungi" ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&cp... ).

I was looking in Wikipedia about what you said...but I don't think so it could be "Ascomycete.
if you don't see the lamellas, maybe is an Ascomycete. the form of the hat would indicate the class
@karenSaxton.
Thank for your information...I will find it again and then with more pics and size of it. :)
It's really tough to say - I know a lot of N American mushrooms: many of which ARE world wide. But there are so many unidentified species out there, still. This looks like a jelly mushroom of some type, but without more pics and size and all that it's hard to say what family it is in
