I live in Mangalore, yes agreed Bonnets are aggressive

I am from Mundgod, and there are plenty of both around here. But langurs prefer to keep away from human inhabitations as compared to Bonnets. I have seen many langurs in the forest near by and few even ventures into the village areas. Langurs are much gentler and shy monkeys as compared to bonnets which are sometimes quite aggressive. ;)
