Chrysolophus pictus
The Golden Pheasant is a gamebird of the order Galliformes (gallinaceous birds) and the family Phasianidae. The bright plumage of the male pheasant plays an important role in attracting the duller-colored female.
It is native to forests in mountainous areas of western China but feral populations have been established in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.
Spotted at Bakers Hill, a tourist spot in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Philippines.

@ Alice, yes, he's in a rather large cage where tourists can take pictures and from what I saw, all the birds in this place are well taken care of.
awesome shot
Beautiful, but is he in a cage? You need to report where you saw him.
Beautifull!!!
