Red Waxy Cap

Hygrocybe sp?

Description:

Small - 1 inch - viscid cap edged in yellow, hollow 1 1/2 inch stipe orange fading to yellow at the base, waxy gills.

Habitat:

Pacific Westcoast temperate rainforest, mossy mixed forest floor.

Notes:

There were many of these and they are different than the other ones with a red waxy dry cap that I will post when I can.
