Green and yellow spider

Notes:

Most brilliantly colored spider I've seen. Photographing it without disturbing its web was quite a task!

Thanks Karen. It is definitely an orchard spider. I am sure it is of the Venusta Orchard Weaver type. (http://www.spiderzrule.com/venusta.htm). It is probable that this one is Leucauge celebesiana, but most pictures of the Leucauge celebesiana show orange markings, which are not there on this one.

Look up orchard spiders. There is a similar spider in the Americas Leucauge venusta and I found reference to one in INdia so I'm sure you will find it
