Description:

Phycella is a genus of herbaceous, evergreen and bulbous plant in the Amaryllidaceae family. There are 5 species.

Habitat:

It is native to the Andes, mostly Chile.

Notes:

The taxonomy of these species is not well determined. Thanks, @craigwilliams, for ID.
