Hi Nicole - Check out - http://www.birdsofsaudiarabia.com/2011/0... - Adesmia is a genus of beetles as well but Im unsure which species this one belongs to

Looks like it could be that fellow.
I'll upload a crop of that one alone as a new spotting.

Since there's no plant in the pic, I figure, Ajmal meant the big beetle, just mixed up names...?

Beetles are some tough Critters to ID

Adesmia is also the name of a plant
Tentyrina palmeri (small beetle) http://www.arkive.org/rack-beetle/tentyr...

The most plentiful are Adesmia spp. beetles and the loner is a Rack beetle (Tentyrina palmera or something, cant remember the spelling) :)
