Peregrines are tiny next to Turkey Vultures. Also the wing and tail shape and pattern is completely different.

That black and white pattern is a give away for turkey vulture. Also the head appears red, which is a vulture characteristic. Also, a peregrine doesn't have such long, differentiated "fingers."

How would you differentiate between a Peregrine Falcon. They all look the same in flight and from far away!!

Vulture, but I don't know if he is a black or Turkey Vulture.
