The Robust Velvet Gecko is a stocky lizard that is often seen climbing around walls of homes near suitable habitat. This reptile is dark brown with large rectangular blotches down the back and tail.

I don't think this would be appropriate for the "The colour blue" mission as the lizard is not blue in colour - it is brown (?) but seen as blue in this photo because of the LED light.

I would say that this was an accurate representation of its true colour. We used a large LED torch for lighting.
