It looks like a white-banded crab spider, Misumenoides formosipes. The name sounds pretty specific, but these spiders actually show a wide variety of markings. Check out this BugGuide page for more info: http://bugguide.net/node/view/6591

there's not a lot of detail in your photo, but we often find these little spiders hiding on flowers, their white base color turned whatever color the flower is.
