Praying Mantis. Is this the female?

It is hard to say if this is a male or female. I can tell you that this is a mantid from genus Tenodera. It is likely a Chinese Mantis (Tenodera sinensis) but I can't say 100% without seeing the area between the front legs. here is some information: http://bugguide.net/node/view/10098
