This artemisia hybrid is thought to be a cross between artemisia absinthium and artemisia arborescens, making it a type of wormword which is said to have uses in brewing and for digestive issues.

According to the FloridaData site (see the notes section), 2-3 ft. It was approximately 1.5 ft in the picture. (I am estimating from memory as I did not measure it at the time.) I appears smaller than that but there are those few leaves jutting up higher than the rest.
