I have no idea what this one is will have to run it past some friends. Looks a bit like an Agaricus but not sure.

Habitat:

Growing out of a decaying pine stump beside the road.

Not sure its an agaricus, but it is certainly lovely. I thought the top of the cap might be the underneath until I saw the second pic
