It seems to match up nicely, minus one thing: L rachodes usually has a ring on the stem. I don't know if it's just the angle of the shots, but I can't see one (I think I see them on the second picture, to the right of the one's shown in the first image). Do you remember seeing anything on the stem when taking photos?

At first glance, it looks a lot like Lepiota rachodes, the Shaggy Parasol. I'll go check out the description for it and see if it matches. :)
