Description:

It was found eating on an Ericaceae flower in Irazú National Park.

Habitat:

Inhabits the highlands of the Central and Talamanca Cordilleras above the 2000 m; and from Miravalles Volcano through Tilarán Cordillera above 1500 m.

Notes:

Endemic to Costa Rica and Western Panama.
