mmm, the front legs looks like Micropeziidae, but the body shape is tipically more slender

Atul. This is a sticky one. I cannot find a match or even very close. The short antenna are typical of a fly and two wings are slightly hard to see.
It seems he's stretching his leg forward. Sorry, i'm not much help.
