If you haven't already done so you should take this bird to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator as soon as possible as if it is injured this is it's best chance for survival & eventual release. There are 2 in your area http://www.skyharborwildlife.org/index.h... & http://wildliferescueministries.org/

Unfortunately it was injured. My neighbor found it in her yard.
