Hydrocotyle bonariensis
Salt pennywort is a fleshy plant, 6–10 inches tall, with round, undivided leaves, 2–4 inches across, attached to the stem in the center of the leaf. The leaf edge is scalloped. The flower head is an umbel 2–3 inches across. Individual flowers are tiny, with 5 greenish-to-white petals.
Habitat: Lives in sandy areas of somewhat extreme conditions, very dry lands that are flooded sometimes. Distribution USA: AL , FL , GA , LA , MS , NC , SC , TX , VA
