Description:

This Diptera belongs to the Psychodidae family. It is a small and delicate fly. Usually associated with the drain system in houses, and also in dark and wet areas. The wings have a distinct feature, that is the with dots that surround the border of them.

Habitat:

Reports of this flies are associated with the urban areas of Buenos Aires province and others from the northern region of Argentina.
