Some species of circada, clear wings with green, red, yellow and black furry body

Habitat:

Tropical

Notes:

Found near my office in westville, I'm sure its some kind of Circada. It also did this strange thing with its tail when i got to close(see picture 2) Looked like a fishing fly:)
