Purple Queen.

Its beautiful combination of purple and yellow looks all the more beautiful in the oozing frost on a lovely winter morning. It, indeed, is a purple queen with a humble yellow crown. :)

Lueba- I guess you're right about this plant. It does spreads like mad. Sadly, there aren't any dogs anymore in my house with me, so, no fear of any allergies. Thanks for the advice. Didn't know about the allergy stuff, will keep that in mind.

This plant spreads like mad and will take over if not kept in check. Also, dogs get allergies - skin disorders from Tradescantia.

I love this plant. I actually grow it in the United States as a house plant. Beautiful and so easy to take care all summer long for me here in the Great Lakes region.
