The White Rhinoceros or Square-lipped rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum) is one of the five species of rhinoceros that still exist. It has a wide mouth used for grazing and is the most social of all rhino species.

Rhino pregnancies last 15 – 16 months!
That’s amazing! Consider, however, that a female elephant will carry a fetus for close to two years! Camels and giraffes have gestation periods lasting 13 to 14 months, while female horses, sea lions and dolphins can require up to a year to give birth.

Great spotting Andhi! The birds on the rhino are red-billed oxpeckers (Buphagus erythrorhynchus).
Pretty birds on top of the Rhino.
