Harris's Sparrow

Zonotrichia querula

Description:

There was about a dozen of these small brown birds feeding on juniper "berries". Assuming male/female look alike, there were no striking dissimilarities within the group. Smaller than a robin, orangish beak. Brown, with white breast, black chin. Looks similar to a Harris Sparrow to me, except I'm not sure that is correct.
