Milbert's Tortoiseshell Butterfly

Aglais milberti

Description:

I'm not sure what kind of butterfly these are but they are beautiful. I'm sure they were migrating because there were many of them and they loved the echinacea flowers.

Habitat:

Flower patch containing echinacea flowers.
