Hydrocotyle bonariensis once a member of the family Apiaceae, now in the family Araliaceae or Umbelliferae and of the genus Hydrocotyle is a hairless and creepy perennial.
Lives in sandy areas of somewhat extreme conditions.

This is a really lovely photo but it isn't Calystegia soldanella, which has kidney shaped leaves as in your description and reticulate venation as in this picture: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Calyst...
