Bubo scandiacus
There are two snowy owls at Montrose Harbor. It looks like a younger male and a female. Also, speaking with the other birders taking pictures, they say there are two more that are roosting just south of this point on the Lake Michigan between Belmont Harbor and Fullerton Ave.
